Roadmap

Development is top-down from the CLI. The site is the public face of that cycle, not a separate marketing layer.

1. Now — CLI core

   Daily, align, repair, metadata, connect, mesh. The operator GUI already drives those verbs locally. This is the product.

2. This week — public Alpha

   Waitlist is open. Windows, Linux, and Docker. A native macOS app is not planned; Docker on a Mac is the supported path.

3. Patreon

   A place to stand for Swarm and the public cut. Opens with the first public cut — not a fake donate button today.

4. Swarm in the wild

   Offer, pull, rotating seeds. Refined metadata only. Collective knowledge so titles are not lost when a scraper is.

5. Sibling apps

   Unboxarr (apply / Panic), Usarr (people), Romarr (ROM archival in the Servarr App Stack). Coming soon. They are not Boxarr flags.
