Roadmap

The public site is the face of the product, not a separate marketing layer. What is specified is honest. What is still in the shop stays on the waitlist.

1. Now — operator LOOK

   Operator face and Control backend are on the demo. Fetcharr Daily is specified as twenty-six steps. Metarr architecture is locked: mesh plus Metasource identity. The demo is sanitized chrome with a canned seed — it does not talk to a live stack.

2. First public cut

   Waitlist is open. Windows, Linux, and Docker. A native macOS app is not planned; Docker on a Mac is the supported path. qBittorrent is the preferred download app.

3. Unboxarr

   Installer and bootstrapper. Fill Excel, drop it in, Unboxarr reads it, the stack comes up, Boxarr takes over. Lifecycle: Unbox → Configure → Run → Box up. Apply, recover, or Panic. It has to run if Boxarr is down.

4. Patreon

   A place to stand for Metarr in the wild and the public cut. Opens with the first public cut — not a donate button on this page today.

5. Metarr in the wild

   Offer, pull, rotating seeds. Refined metadata only. Collective knowledge so titles are not lost when a scraper is. Acquisition stays later-stage.

6. Sibling apps

   Unboxarr (install / Panic), Usarr (people), Romarr (ROM archival in the Servarr App Stack). Coming soon. They are not Boxarr flags.
